About Me
I have been in the corporate world for many years and have first hand experienced how the relentless stresses, deadlines, sometimes toxic work environment, seemingly unachievable sales targets, etc. had impacted my life, resulting in physical problems, mental challenges, emotional insecurities, low self-esteem/ self worth and unhappy relationships, just to name a few. I was introduced to Kinesiology when finding my way back to normal life after the death of my husband and mother. It helped me so much at the time and without realizing it, it helped me grow and come out of my shell. Feelings of not being good enough, not skinny enough, not smart enough, not rich enough, etc. started to disappear.
I decided then that I wanted to help women and men achieve a peaceful and empowering balance in life, where they can manage their career and family life, whilst still achieving their personal pursuits of happiness and realizing their dreams.
